Dialogue Editing
Tight, natural-sounding edits that remove mistakes, long pauses, and filler words while preserving the flow of conversation.
Noise Removal & Cleanup
Removal of background noise, room reverb, mic handling, and other unwanted artefacts — clean audio regardless of where you recorded.
Levelling & Mastering
Consistent volume across all speakers, dynamic range control, and final mastering to meet platform loudness standards (−16 LUFS for Spotify, −19 LUFS for Apple Podcasts).
Music & Sound Design
Intro, outro, and transition music matched to your brand's tone. Existing music assets used where provided, or we'll source from our royalty-free library.
Show Notes
Episode summary and key timestamps written and formatted, ready to paste into your hosting platform.
Publishing Support
Optional upload to your podcast host (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube) with episode metadata, chapters, and artwork applied.
How It Works
The process is straightforward — no need to visit our studio. Everything happens remotely.

Send your recording
Upload your raw audio or video file via Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or any file sharing service. We accept WAV, MP3, MP4, and most common formats.

We edit and produce
Your episode is edited, cleaned, levelled, and scored. Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days depending on episode length and complexity.

Review and approve
You receive a private link to review the edited episode. We incorporate any feedback before final delivery.

Finished files delivered in your preferred format with show notes and chapter markers. Optional publishing support available on request.

Editing Only vs Full Production
If you already have a recording setup you're happy with, our editing service gives you professional results without paying for studio time you don't need. Rates are per episode and vary by length — contact us for a quote.
If you'd prefer a completely hands-off experience — including recording at our Gold Coast studio, set design, multi-camera video, and end-to-end distribution — our full podcast production package handles everything. Both paths produce the same quality outcome; the difference is how much of your own time and equipment you want to invest.

Based in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, we provide remote podcast editing for clients across Australia — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and everywhere in between. File handover is entirely online, so location is never a barrier. If you're on the Gold Coast or in Brisbane and prefer to meet in person, we're happy to work through your show's setup together before you start recording.
